Sales Manager (Pipeline Integrity)

Job Summary:
Seismos, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee and grow our midstream market for our Pipeline Predictive Health Monitoring (PPHM™) service. The successful candidate will manage and build our existing sales team, establish relationships with key clients, and drive growth in the midstream market. The position requires previous experience in midstream, preferably in pipeline integrity or operations. The candidate must have experience in creating a Go-To-Market strategy and effectively implementing this strategy. This includes identifying market segmentation and creating value propositions for each.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and build the existing sales team for Seismos’ PPHM™ service in the midstream market
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the midstream market
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients in the midstream market
- Design and optimize product offering structure. Suggest features, deliverables, visualizations to maintain an edge towards competition. Incorporate customer feedback and adjust accordingly. Implement internal feedback for further adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with Seismos’ technical team to ensure client needs are met and feedback is incorporated into product development
- Assess competitive offerings on the technical and business side. Collect intelligence on features, specs, pricing, clientele and more
- Evaluate potential partnerships and build the business case of why/how such a partnership will be beneficial to Seismos
- Attend and participate in industry events and conferences
- Provide regular reports on sales and market trends to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in midstream, preferably in pipeline integrity or operations
- Proven track record of successful sales and business development in the midstream market
- Experience managing and building sales teams
- Strong technical knowledge of pipeline systems and operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
